Mikael Brodasson is an accomplished Operations Manager with a robust track record in driving efficiency and operational excellence.
Joining the company in 2019, Mikael quickly established himself as a key asset to the team, leveraging his skills to deliver our menus efficiently to our uniquely high standard.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Mikael has continually developed and expanded his role within the company. His commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment and empowering team members has significantly contributed to Dovetail’s success.
Mikael’s background in bar management, combined with his innovative approach, has allowed him to implement all his experience, to not only optimise workflow on site, but also improve overall customer satisfaction.
Now, as Operations Manager, he continues to push for progress and innovation that resonate with our mission and pursuit of premium experiences. He’s a huge part of a team that values growth and is committed to driving the company forward, while also inspiring his colleagues to reach their full potential along the way!
